Oct. 7--Phillip Hulse, a principal with Summit Development Group, set out two years ago to fill a niche for St. Louis industrial companies that wanted to expand and still remain in the city.
He found the answer in a tattered business park in north St. Louis with warehouses built in the mid-1900s.
The area was formerly known as Hall Street Industrial. Hulse and several investors purchased the 56 acres at 8000 Hall Street for $4.5 million from Park Corp. in 2003.
