Overture Center president Bob D'Angelo, who decided to retire last month after an employee filed a sexual harassment complaint, was told he could be fired if he harassed women again after a 1991 incident involving an internship applicant, records show.
Former mayor Paul Soglin disciplined D'Angelo, and Soglin's successor, Sue Bauman, said she had heard of a past incident of sexually inappropriate behavior by D'Angelo.
