CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- NewGen Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: NWGN) today announced that, effective immediately, Scott A. Deininger has been named to the position of NewGen's chief financial officer. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Deininger served as senior vice president of finance and administration at American Tire Distributors Holdings, Inc.
