SAN DIEGO, Mar. 31 -- Four Fleet and Industrial Supply Center San Diego contracting personnel received one of the highest honors in their field recently when they won a Fiscal Year 2004 Department of the Navy Competition and Procurement Excellence Award. CDR Michael Murphy, FISC San Diego's Director of Contracts; Tammy Sanchez, Deputy Director of Contracts: Karen Rainville, Contract Specialist; and Lee Johnson, Legal Counsel were honored for their work on the Nationwide/Navy-Wide Wireless Contracts (NNWC).
