Two US unions are trying to get the attention of the Northwest Airlines flight attendants.
The Transportation Workers Union has reportedly said that it intends to get a mail-in vote by Northwest flight attendants, who have so far also received cards from the Association of Flight Attendants. If more than 50% of the flight attendants vote for a new union, an election would be called for.
The flight attendants are currently members of the Professional Flight Attendants Association, which has to handle demands for concessions from the airline. Northwest has also ...
