Oct. 12--It's the calm before the storm for Saturn in 2006.
Or maybe it's the calm before the Sky, a gorgeous new roadster that I suspect will mean nothing but blue skies -- and lots of profit -- for the GM firm.
It has aggressive styling and an interior that will set the tone for what's to come from Saturn.
Sky will share its basic structure with Pontiac's stupendous Solstice. But where Solstice is curved and voluptuous with an emphasis on basic, hard-edged sports car performance, Sky will feature a plush, state-of-the art appearance with a touring roadster feel.
