MANY PETROLEUM/CONVENIENCE MARKETERS ARE adding a car wash as a strong pillar in a multi-profit center business model. Similarly, a number of traditional car wash operators have moved into, or expanded their focus on, gasoline and convenience. One such operator is Benny's Car Wash/B-Quik Convenience Stores. The Baton Rouge, La.-based car wash operator went into business in 1951 and today operates four car washes (two full-service and two express) with quick lube centers at all, and convenience stores with gasoline at two of the locations.
