BOARD OKS PLAZA PLAN; VACANT PROPERTY ON TERRY ROAD TO BECOME PLAZA WITH FOUR BUSINESS FRONTS.(Neighbors West)

A proposed commercial strip on Terry Road got the go-ahead from the Onondaga Town Board.

The board approved the site-plan application, subject to two neighbors' approval of landscaping changes and the county approval of adding the property to the sewer district.

Developer Mark Anthony is planning to convert a vacant residential property at 5298 Terry Road into a commercial plaza with four business fronts.

Supervisor Tom Andino said he didn't see any adverse environmental impact that would be caused by the project.
