Article: Beijing, Oct 14 (PTI) Iran has no plans to develop nuclear weapons and is still determined to resolve the nuclear issue through peaceful negotiations within the framework of the IAEA, visiting Iranian Foreign Minister Maouchehr Mottaki said here tod ay.

Mottaki, who is here on an official visit to brief the Chinese leadership on the nuclear issue, said Iran's projects for the peaceful utilisation of nuclear power is transparent, highlighting that the Iranian people have the right of peaceful and just use of nuclear power.
Since becoming an IAEA member, Iran has cultivated good cooperation with the UN agency, Mottaki said, noting that Tehran has maintained good exchange and communication with all IAEA members, including the three EU nations of Britain, Germany and France.
