Oct. 15--The Florida Restaurant Association has expanded its service and invited hoteliers to the table.
On Friday the Tallahassee-based association, with over 10,000 members throughout Florida, announced that it will change its name to The Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association and will service lodging operators.
"Today is a big day for the tourism and hospitality industry," said FRA President Carol B. Dover in a press conference on Friday. "When we talk we will have a larger political voice."
