Color is slowly edging its way back onto tabletops, offering a vibrant alternative to the all-white trend that has dominated the past several seasons. Tropical prints, calming neutrals and/or bright hues done in china and glassware are warming up the table as operators learn to mix and match with color and pattern as they have done with shape. The goal is to create a tabletop that reflect the ambiance the ambiance of the restaurant or even the physical locale of the establishment itself.
