The operations department of Northern Telecom's Meridian Information Products facility in Richardson, demand electronic printing to cut costs and better accommodate last-minute changes.
But that's not all. The media production department also converted to an all-digital production process that merges digitally-created (not scanned) photographs with computer-generated text and graphics. The result? A reduction in production costs of 60% or more.
