I practice Buddhism with the Soka Gakkai International. The core of my practice is chanting "Nam-myoho-renge-kyo" (dedication to the emergence of Buddha nature through sound), studying Nichiren Daishonin's teachings, and encouraging others.
Chanting allows me to observe my mind, to open my heart to new perspectives and actions. This deeply satisfies my fundamental human urge to unite with the universe.
