New Jersey residents and elected officials are ready to have a comprehensive discussion about reforms to the state's property tax system, according to a report released Monday by the Regional Plan Association and the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy.
However, the report said backers of some proposed solutions have not considered their possible impact, and there is no way to fully analyze the various proposals being discussed.
