CALGARY, Oct. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Oncolytics Biotech Inc. ("Oncolytics") (TSX:ONC, NASDAQ:ONCY) announced today that it has ended patient treatment in its Canadian Phase I clinical trial investigating the use of REOLYSIN(R) to treat patients with recurrent malignant glioma. A total of twelve patients were treated in the study at dosages of 10(7), 10(8), and 10(9) TCID(50). A maximum tolerated dose was not reached over this dosage range and REOLYSIN(R) appears to have been well tolerated by the patients.
