Equalized Payments Help Consumers Budget for Heating Bills
CHARLOTTE, N.C., Oct. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Piedmont Natural Gas is encouraging customers to sign up for its Equal Payment Plan that allows natural gas bills to be paid in equal monthly installments.
