If you enjoy hamburgers and meatloaf, you've got to like meatballs, too, since they're just seasoned round mini-meatloaves served with tomato sauce instead of ketchup or gravy.
Unfortunately, meatballs can be loaded with fat and, to add insult to injury, they also require more preparation steps. All that's true, but when they're served with fresh-cooked spaghetti or stuffed into a meatball sandwich, that extra kitchen time can be worth it.
