YOU can forget your European Cup and Premiership winner's medals - Frank Lampard would rather have a bowl of Coco Pops.
Oh yeah.
This week England's most complete midfielder revealed his undying love for the sugary snack, which has given him the energy to play 180-odd competitive Premiership matches for Chelsea.
"Breakfast is usually a mug of strong English-breakfast tea and a bowl of Coco Pops," he said.
"If I get bored, the Frosties come out. But I always go back to Coco Pops - I've been having them since I was a kid."
