"Use the same real estate you have, only try to get more out of it." That's Lars Matthieson talking, and he's not referring to putting a second floor on your summer cottage or adding nutrients to the soil to improve the corn crop.
Matthieson is the owner of Highland Refrigeration in Seattle and is talking about what he sees as a general trend in refrigeration, which is that more boat owners are trying to optimize the power that's available in their current refrigeration system without altering the fish hold area.
