On Oct. 9 and 10, the doors of the Los Angeles Convention Center will open not just for the International West Coast Seafood Show but for two additional food expositions. This year, for the first time, the seafood event joins Expo Comida Latina and the All Asia Food Expo, giving buyers easy access to three on-trend food categories under one roof.
At WCSS, co-sponsored by SeaFood Business magazine and the National Fisheries Institute, retailers, foodservice operators, importers and distributors can source seafood products of every type, from live to frozen to canned, as well as related equipment and services.
