A CHANGE of plan for the southern part of Tel Aviv's second LRV/Metro line, the Green Line, has been proposed by NTA, the project's management organisation. Tel Aviv is Israel's largest city. In the original plan, the line was to have been entirely on the surface. Now, it will be promoted in three stages, including an underground section between Hayarkon and Karlibach streets in the second phase.
