A RANGE of faster, more frequent, and more punctual high-speed Eurostar services between London and Brussels and Paris is being developed in readiness for the opening of phase two of the Channel Tunnel Rail Link (CTRL2) in 2007. The first phase opened in 2003 and set new records in 2004 with 89% punctuality, 7.2 million passengers, and market shares of 68% on the Paris route and 63% on the Brussels route.
