Luoyang Molybdenum and Yongcheng Coal establish a JV in Shanghai

Shanghai. October 25.INTERFAX-CHINA - Luoyang Luanchuan Molybdenum Group, a leading molybdenum producer based in central China's Henan Province, recently inked a joint venture agreement with Yongcheng Coal and Power Group.

The joint venture named Yuhua Molybdenum Co. Ltd will be in Shanghai with a registered capital of RMB 5 mln (USD 619,578.68).

"Luoyang Molybdenum will take 33% of the shares, while Yongcheng Coal will control 33% and Beijing Yuhua Trading Co. Ltd. will hold a 32% stake," Liu Wansi, a spokesman for Luoyang Molybdenum, told Interfax.
