New Coke was a bad idea. The Nehru jacket was a bad idea. Renee Zellweger marrying Kenny Chesney was a bad idea. Brock for Broglio? Opening Al Capone's vault? David Caruso as a movie star? Bad ideas, each and every one.
And let's not even talk about trying to run Greg Robinson's West Coast offense with Paul Pasqualoni's left-behind athletes, which has been like trying to floss one's teeth while wearing oven mitts. There hasn't been a worse idea around here since somebody decided to (a) turn our cityside lake into an apparent mix of pea soup and chicken ...
