TRANSATLANTIC marriage forged in the love of rock and roll is about to be celebrated on the docks of Liverpool and, 35 years after they split up, the Beatles will still be the best men.

Not only that, but the knees-up will be held at The Cavern.

It is true that Brazil and Liverpool are separated by a mighty ocean, history, language and culture, but they are joined by an appreciation of good conversation, ironic humour and a passion for rock music and football.
