SEC Ruling Allowing Use of Monte Carlo With Clients Gives Advisors a Better Tool to Demonstrate Investment Outcomes
CHICAGO, Oct. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Ibbotson Associates, a financial diversification company, today debuted iPlan(TM) 2.0, the latest version of its web-based investment planning software. A key addition to the software is Monte Carlo simulation that allows advisors to forecast wealth and income based on individual client information. The forecast incorporates such factors as cash flows, minimum required distributions and taxes.
