ANAHEIM, Calif. -- Mimi's Cafe will begin using zero grams trans fat, cholesterol-free cooking oil for all of its fried foods with the introduction of its new menu on October 27, announced Adam Baird, Mimi's Cafe Vice President of Food & Beverage.
