Article III (page 2)
This article, or section, of the U.S. Constitution sets up the judicial branch of the federal government. It is the shortest and vaguest of the three articles describing the structure of the federal government. Article I sets up Congress as the legislative branch, and Article II sets up the presidency as the executive branch. Article III states: "The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish."
