TAKAMATSU, Oct 28 Asia Pulse - Anabuki Kosan Inc. (TSE:8928) plans to set up two real estate funds that will invest in rental condominiums and other properties and return the rental income to investors.

The first fund, with 2 billion yen (US$17.3 million) in assets, will start next spring, while the second, with 5 billion yen in assets, is slated for spring 2007.
