LOS ANGELES _ Standing in front of a roomful of foreign journalists to promote his new movie "Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang," Robert Downey Jr. says he wasn't surprised by the question.
A woman journalist rose to her feet and asked: "Could you describe what it was like to go through recovery?"
Downey sighed, and tried to explain with as little frustration seeping into his voice as possible that he no longer wanted to talk about his past battles with addiction and the criminal justice system.
"Then I have nothing," the woman said indignantly, sitting down without further comment.
