Qilu Petrochemical Company Ltd. (SH: 600002) has announced today that on Aug. 29 the company signed the "Contract on the Commission Sales of Chemical Products" with Chemical Sales Company of its majority shareholder Sinopec Corp. (SH: 600028). According to the contract, Qilu Petrochemical Company Ltd. will entrust the sales company to commission sell synthetic resins, synthetic rubbers, polymers and organic chemicals produced by the company itself, as well as byproducts from its ethylene cracking and aromatic units and pay to the sales company 0.9% of the sales revenue as commission.
