THE beauty about Subway is you can make up your own combination of fillings and there's a wide variety of breads to choose from.
I went for a toasted chicken tikka with southwest spicy sauce with salad on Italian herbs and cheese bread.
The sub was substantial to say the least, with plenty of filling. The salad was fresh and the toasted bread added a subtle but palatable crunch.
