DANVILLE, Calif. -- TelEvolution, developer of PhoneGnome(TM), the telephone industry's first PSTN to Internet telephony solution, today announced SoftGnome(TM), a new way for consumers to virtually take their home phone with them wherever they are connected to the Internet.
