SEOUL, Oct. 28 (Yonhap) -- South Korea's Defense Ministry replaced the top commander of the special operations command Friday in an annual shakeup of its top military brass.The ministry appointed Maj. Gen. Kim Jin-hun, top personnel affairs officer at the Army headquarters, to head the Special Warfare Command, after promoting him to the rank of a three-star general, the ministry said in a statement.
