Nov. 1--CHAPEL HILL -- The Downtown Partnership isn't quite ready to put its full support behind future efforts to build a wireless network in downtown, and possibly beyond.
Before it decides its role in such efforts, the partnership's board wants more information, from local businesses in particular. The board approved a proposal Monday for a center at UNC to survey businesses and report on its findings.
