Surabaya, Oct 29 (ANTARA) - The Judicial Commission was reported to be in process of investigating the extent of Harini's (former Probosutedjo's lawyer) involvement in a bribery case following Probosutedjo's appeal.
"As to Harini's case, it is only a matter of the extent of his involvement in the bribery. If his involvement is seen as being too heavy, we will recommend to blacklist him," a member of the Judicial Commission, Zainal Arifin SH, said here on Saturday.He further stressed that his office has searched the rooms of the Supreme Court Chairman and other two Supreme Court judges."We have also questioned Harini and other five Supreme Court's staff ...
