PROJECT OVERVIEW:
The local BAKHTAR DEVELOPMENT CO. (BPC) recently moved into direct negotiations with an Italian/Iranian joint venture regarding the construction of 2 swing high-density/low-density polyethylene (HDPE/LDPE) plants. The partners in the planned undertaking include Italy-based TECNIMONT and the local NARGAN. According to the terms of the award, the partnership will be responsible for the provision of engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services.
