Two men were arrested in an alleged conspiracy by a White supremacist group to plant bombs at a predominantly Black housing complex in Toledo, Ohio, next month on July 4.
The men, Aaron Lee and Craig Lay, both 22, were arrested after an exchange of gunfire with police at Lay's home. Lee was treated for cuts suffered when he jumped through a window.
