Nov. 2--On the Web site of the Pro-Life Action League, a Chicago-based anti-abortion group, you'll find a picture of an American Girl doll. She's a cute little thing with her stiff blond hair, her 1930s-looking blue-and-white jumper and her white knee socks.
The doll is holding a color-coordinated sign that reads: "Girls for Life."
Next to the doll is an explanation of why the Pro-Life Action League announced Tuesday that it is boycotting American Girl products through the Christmas shopping season.
