PITTSBURGH -- invivodata(R) inc., the industry leader in electronic patient reported outcomes (ePRO) solutions for global clinical research, today announced that requests to file motions for summary judgment that were filed both by PHT Corp. and invivodata have been denied. In the normal course of the lawsuit prosecution, both PHT and invivodata filed letters asking for permission to file motions for summary judgment, which would ask the judge to rule before the lawsuit goes to trial. As is often the case, the judge concluded that the lawsuit would be better examined at trial.
