SAN DIEGO -- After many years on the list, San Diego rose to the top of PricewaterhouseCoopers' (PWC) and Urban Land Institute's (ULI) 2006 Emerging Trends in Real Estate study. The announcement was made at the ULI Fall Meeting in Los Angeles. Now in its 27th year, the study is "the most predictive forecast" for the real estate market, said PWC's Director of Global Strategies, Peter F. Korpacz.
