ANAHEIM, Calif. _ Mick Jagger was braying on the other side of the 57, but for a long time this hockey game seemed to be trapped under his thumb.
The Mighty Ducks and the Sharks arrived at the end of regulation without a goal. Jean-Sebastien Giguere was snatching pucks out of the air like fireflies. The Ducks, playing the back end of a back-to-back, couldn't coordinate anything in front of San Jose goalie Nolan Schaefer.
Then, 41 seconds into overtime, Kyle McLaren launched another shot and Marcel Goc flinched as it approached.
