Total PSA investment to reach $16 bln by 2006 - ministry
MOSCOW. Nov 7 (Interfax) - Total investment since the start of production sharing projects in Russia will amount to $16 billion by the start of 2006, the Industry and Energy Ministry's press service said.
"The three PSA in Russia (Sakhalin-1, Sakhalin-2 and the Kharyaga PSA) have attracted investment of over $11 billion during their entire period of operations. Including budgets that have been confirmed for this year, the operators of the projects plan to spend another $5 billion.
