NAPA, Calif. -- Massachusetts legislators are considering a bill this week that will prevent the state's wine lovers from purchasing most wines directly from in-state and out-of-state wineries, and will adversely impact some of the state's 25 family-owned wine farms, according to Free the Grapes!, a national coalition of thousands of wineries and 300,000 wine lovers.
