PHILADELPHIA, Nov. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Like many, Octo Design Group owner Wendy Verna didn't expect the call that her father was in a car accident. Worse, his injuries were life-threatening and required a helicopter evacuation followed by emergency brain surgery.
