WS Packaging Group, the Wisconsin, USA based printing and converting conglomerate, has purchased the assets of Ampersand Label Inc., of Garden Grove, CA, USA.
Founded in 1979 by Lowell Matthews and John Fontana, Ampersand produced bar code printed materials. In 1985 its focus was redirected to the pressure sensitive market, and in 2000 it moved to its current manufacturing plant.
