In less than two years, a prominent Morris County office building gained new owners, a sophisticated new look and will now welcome a new tenant.
At 475 South Street, a three-story, 210,000 s/f building in Morristown, a lease has recently been signed for the building in its entirety by Atlantic Health System, one of New Jersey's largest nonprofit health care providers.
The building is part of the three-building Southgate Corporate Office Center. Last year, Lawrence Zirinsky Associates of New York City acquired the remaining interest in the jointly-owned complex from its longtime partner, developer Anders (Stu) Billings.
