LAHORE, Nov 09 (PPI): Punjab Chief Minister Ch. Pervaiz Elahi has said tent villages set up in Punjab are playing an important role in the provision of relief to the earthquake affectees.He said support-a-family programme is being hailed at local and international level, which will prove to be a source of permanent rehabilitation of the affectees. He said 13 thousand beds have been made available in the hospitals of Punjab for the injured persons and presently four thousand patients are under-treatment in these hospitals.He was addressing quake-affectees during his visit to a tent village at Chakwal, Wednesday.
