Step training is a popular aerobic activity that minimizes the risk of impact injuries and challenges the fitness needs of all class participants.
Step training (also known as aerobic stepping, step aerobics, or bench aerobics) has become the newest and fastest growing aerobic modality. Step training involves stepping up on and down from a platform while performing creative movements to the accompaniment of music.
