GREEN BAY -- The first time Mike Sherman saw Alex Gibbs' run-blocking scheme up close was in Super Bowl XXXII. Sherman was in his first year as an NFL assistant, working as the Green Bay Packers' tight ends coach, and watched the Denver Broncos run for 179 yards in their upset victory in San Diego.
Almost eight years later, Sherman will see the scheme again Sunday, when the Atlanta Falcons -- with the best rushing offense in the NFL -- use it against his Packers at the Georgia Dome.
Not much has changed.
"It's very similar, I believe," Sherman said Wednesday.
